Hellerwork Structural Integration – Jordan Paige, LMT, CHP
Jordan’s journey to Structural Integration began when he graduated from Evergreen State College with a BA in Somatic Psychology. More interested in the body than the mind, he studied to become a Forrest Yoga teacher. During this training, Jordan realized that even though he was learning from a world-renowned yoga master, he still experienced un-addressed restrictions and pain in his body.
This lead him to Structural Integration, which opened up completely new pathways of movement and ease in his body that he didn’t even know were there. Inspired to learn and practice this new knowledge, he attended the Hellerwork Structural Integration training in 2015 and began mentorship with an experienced practitioner.
Upon completion of his training, Jordan continued his mentorship, going above and beyond the knowledge he gained in school. He learned to integrate practices from physical therapy to better measure and track the progress and results of his clients.
A lifelong learner, Jordan is also in his 8th year of studying an eclectic blend of energy work from two highly skilled bodywork professionals. This work has taught him the tools to track energy in himself, others and the environment and stay grounded and centered no matter what is going on.
