I am immensely passionate about helping others and approach therapy with an open mind and open heart. My journey in the mental health field has been a varied and enriching one. I have over 10 years of experience and have worked with a number of populations. I combine various aspects of different treatment philosophies to provide the most individualized therapy possible. I want to help you work through the barriers and issues that maybe hindering your ability to live your most authentic and successful life. My job is to help you navigate the complexities of life: past, present and future.

Selecting a therapist is a sensitive matter as it is a personal relationship. Connection is a very important aspect of this relationship and, as such, I offer a free 30 minute consultation to introduce ourselves and begin building rapport before our first session. I look forward to meeting you!
